What these terms cover

The operator of photonhead.com publishes Photonhead. These conditions address access to the publication and use of its content, to the extent they form an enforceable agreement. Questions about these conditions can be sent to [email protected].

Photography articles can illustrate techniques, compare equipment or discuss editing choices. They are general editorial information. Results depend on equipment, settings, skill and circumstances; an example is not a promise of the same outcome. Check important specifications, compatibility and licensing terms at the original source before relying on them.

We cannot warrant that every article is complete, accurate or current. Corrections and changing products may affect earlier information. A manufacturer’s statement quoted or discussed in an article remains a claim to evaluate, rather than a guarantee from this publication.

Images, words and permissions

Reading pages and sharing their links for personal purposes are permitted. Photographs, illustrations and text remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Their appearance here rests on ownership, permission, a license or another lawful basis. Republishing, selling or otherwise reusing material may require permission; applicable fair use and other legal exceptions remain available. References to brands do not establish endorsement or affiliation.

If you email an image, a correction or other material, you must have the right to send it. We may process the submission to understand and answer it. That limited purpose is not a blanket license to publish private correspondence or attached work. Broader uses need their own permission or lawful basis, and any separate agreement controls the rights it covers.

Photonhead may carry ads, sponsored material and affiliate links. A qualifying referral can result in compensation. Material commercial relationships will be identified where relevant, but the presence of an advertisement or referral does not ensure that equipment or a service suits your needs.

Following a link may take you to a seller or another independent service. Its conditions apply to purchases, accounts and other dealings there. That provider is responsible for its offering, fulfillment and customer support; our coverage does not make us a party to the transaction or responsible for its content and security.

Protecting access

Do not introduce malware, bypass protections, access restricted systems without permission or disrupt the site’s operation. Contact tools must not be used for unlawful conduct, deception, threats or spam. Reasonable access restrictions may be imposed to respond to misuse.

Availability and content are supplied as available. Where permitted by law, warranties concerning uninterrupted access, absence of errors and suitability for a particular use are excluded. Liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or inability to access it is limited only as far as law allows.
